Delete Your Account

If you’d like to delete your Islamove account, submit your request below. Once received, we will:

• Permanently remove your name, phone number, email address, delivery addresses, and any other contact or location details you’ve shared with us
• Anonymize your order history so it can no longer be linked to you personally
• Retain an anonymized account ID only, so our internal records and audit trail remain consistent

What we can’t delete: Payment transactions processed through our payment operator are retained independently by them. As a BSP-regulated payment institution, the operator is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to retain transaction records for a mandated period, regardless of any deletion request made to us. This data is held and controlled by the payment operator directly, not by Islamove.
